This project consisted of a thorough renovation of the Gran Vía 18 building, a 5,500-square-metre seven-storey building constructed at the beginning of the 20th century in the centre of Madrid.

The refurbishment works will transform the building into a place where a spectacular flagship store on the lower floors will coexist with a high quality office space on the upper ones. The project received the LEED certification.

Grupo Criptana was in charge of the supply and assembly of around 3,000 square metres of galvanised steel and 500 square metres of aluminium.

We applied 30 mm of CLIMCOVER insulation cover and 50 mm of IBERCOVER by Isover.
