Salamanca (Spain)

2016/19

The Salamanca Hospital project began in July 2016 and was completed in September 2019. The hospital complex has a total built area of 177,752.40 square metres in which 912 inpatient beds will be distributed.

It is one of the most technologically advanced hospitals in Castilla y León and in Spain as a whole, with services such as the 3- Tesla Magnetic Resonance, the only one in the region.

Around 50,000 square metres of sheet metal were manufactured and assembled in hospitalisation areas, consultation rooms and operating theatres, amounting to around 3⁄4 of the whole of the hospital, in addition to about 54,000 square metres of insulation material and a further 12,000 of CLIMAVER NETO.
